Before starting my sessions I had lost my ability to really smile and lost sight of me. During my time I found the route of my issues and started to build me back up. I had the opportunity to work with Victoria on some nutrition coaching. I found that I was struggling with good healthy eating choices, and my addiction to sugar would far outweigh my desire for healthy foods. I would experience mid day crashes, and eat more sugar to get through the day. This was impeding my work from home routine, as I found myself sometimes napping midday rather than working. Something needed to change.
Victoria and I met weekly and went over my diet, and what I eat each day. We then discussed healthier options, and she was intricate in educating me on nutrition labels, and that something that claims to be healthy may not be. We set some nutrition goals, along with some minimal exercise goals, and each week we would meet and discuss what worked, what didn’t, and how to move forward with maximum results and success.
I now make healthier food choices, and understand the way food affects my body. I have much more energy throughout the day and feel better overall. While I do still enjoy sugar, I eat much less, and watch my food labels to make sure the choices I am making with food limit the amount of added sugars in my everyday foods.
I highly recommend Victoria for any health and wellness coaching you may need. She is easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and really invests her time and attention with each of her clients. I felt like I was the only person she was coaching, as I was getting a ton of individualized attention, she went above and beyond! Use her, she will help you become the best version of yourself!

Before I started working with you, it was a pretty tough end to 2022. I was dealing with stress in my life due to weight gain, a boyfriend working through alcoholism, a father with cancer and a terrible smoking habit.
Working with you gave me the strength to seek guidance and talk through my issues while helping me to find the strength to cope with them and the what ifs. I was able to address my concerns with my boyfriend telling him he needed to get help as I did not deserve the pain he was causing me through his drinking and I found the strength to say if you don't get help, I am strong enough and capable of living on my own. Learning to let go and breathe through these issues made it easier to cope, and while I was lucky that my boyfriend chose our life together over his alcoholism, I know that he is struggling with a disease and that I need to remain strong in my stance for my own well being.
I also realized I was using smoking and eating as a stress reliever that was doing more harm to my body than good. I know that I deserve to treat myself better, I deserve to be healthy and happy and I still have a lot of life ahead of me. Since working with you I have officially quit smoking , today is day 33, ,and I'm working on my eating habits to form better habits and a better relationship with food. Working on portion control and making healthier choices. I'm down 6 pounds, but that is a long slow road that I'm willing to stay on.
While I know that there is absolutely nothing I can do about my dad's cancer, I know that eating a bag of chips and smoking a pack of cigarettes is not going to help that situation, and walking and kickboxing are going to be my outlets. I also know that if I am struggling I can still come to you and say I am having a moment of weakness and I can think back to the breathing exercises, which I find myself doing a lot and reciting the mantra in my head about exhaling and releasing what is no longer serving me and having the strength to control what is in my control.
I know I am still a work in progress and I know I can still turn to you when I need an ear or some advice.
I would absolutely recommend your coaching to any friend in need.

I started working with Victoria because I was struggling with my diet. I have a sensitivity to gluten and dairy, and while I was successful at keeping both out of my diet for many years, I recently began eating both again. I knew I needed someone to help me get back on track and stay accountable. Victoria did that and so much more. She not only helped me get my diet back on track, but she also helped me pursue a dream I had been putting on the back burner.
I enjoyed working with Victoria. Her questions were thought-provoking, and her non-judgmental attitude allowed me to feel safe to express myself honestly. In addition, I loved how our sessions sparked many different growth opportunities for me.
For starters, I have been able to get my diet back on track. I cook healthy meals for myself at least two to three nights a week and enjoy leftovers on the other nights.
Also, I will be a published author this summer because of our time together. I’m still blown away by that! Speaking my dream out loud to Victoria gave me the courage to pursue it. She was not only supportive, but I felt like she was my biggest cheerleader.
I recommend Victoria’s coaching to women struggling with dietary issues AND women looking to push outside their comfort zone. I am grateful for our time together.
